Terms & Conditions

1. Customer certifies that no hazardous substance or contaminants such as drums, liquids, asbestos, shingles, tires, paint cans, electronics, etc., as defined by Federal, State or local laws will be placed into container.

> See our Acceptable Waste Section.

2. Customer is responsible for all related costs and fines incurred from the improper loading of container by the customer which causes an accident directly or indirectly, or violates any Federal, State or local laws.

3. Some municipalities require a permit for dumpster usage. As the customer, I understand that this is my responsibility and I have secured all necessary permits prior to and for the length of my reservation. Contact your local municipality's office for permit requirements.

4. Customer is aware that billing is made up from aggregate total of services rendered which includes but is not limited to equipment usage, disposal fees, and credit card/financial charges, if applicable.

5. All containers are strictly C.O.D. No container will be dropped off without prior credit card payment unless prior arrangements have been made. A valid credit card must remain on file for the length of the reservation. Credit card authorization implies acceptance of Terms & Conditions.

6. Disposal charges at the disposal facility vary according to waste classification. Customer will pay disposal charges based on the waste classification designated by the disposal facility.

7. Customer is aware of a 10-day time limit on the use of a container and that a per-day demurrage charge of $20 will be assessed for use of container in excess of time limit. It is the customer's responsibility to notify UEWS of when they are finished with their dumpster so that we can schedule the pickup accordingly.

8. UEWS will not be responsible for any property damage caused by the vehicle or container when customer is advised as to the possibility of damage.

9. Customer has inspected the equipment to be left on site and finds it to be in good condition. Customer will be responsible for all costs to repair equipment damaged while on the job site. Customer will not pack debris into container with a machine of any kind.

10. No blocking of container. Ready access must be provided to container at all times. If a container can not be picked up due to blockage, a “Non-Retrievable Fee” will be charged and container pickup will have to be rescheduled for another day.

11. Containers will only be placed on paved driveways and/or streets.

12. Waste debris should not be loaded above the top rim of the container. If disposing of larger objects like mattresses and furniture, they should be placed at the bottom of the dumpster container and then loaded on top of so as not to pose a hazard when the dumpster is in transit.

What Customers Are Saying

Definitely the cheapest prices around and they're super easy to work with. Had no problems reserving, scheduling, and the pickup of a dumpster a few months back.
